THEORY BEHIND THE WHITE FALCON

Ride it two inches shorter and a quater wider then your regular proformance shortboard.

It has a wider, bit straighter outline. a relaxed flatter noserocker, flatter in the middle, with a soft flick int the tai, combining some nice concaves - single into doulbe concave - quite deep in the fins flat out the rocker, makes it very fast. plus having a pulled in tail, looking forward how this one will proformance... should get you in deeper and should turn very quick and radical.

for example - in theory:
6'4'' x   is then 6'2'' x 19''
6'2'' x is then 6'0'' x 18 3/8'' or 6'0'' 1/2''

WHAT I'VE BEEN WORKING ON LATELY

...on the shortboard and fish side,
some eggs and single fins are planed.

THE WHITE FALCON

6'2'' x 19'' x 2 1/3''

Crowndeck which goes down to a slim but nice round rail, which knifens up in the tail. The bottom is a lower entery rocker - with a light single concave going through - which gets deeper in from the middl to the fins. It turns into a double just a bit before them and lightens out into a flat tail for release.

Logo and artwork (done with my brother - loslohbros) are already glassed onto the foam - next step is glassing the baby! 4oz (1+3/4) glassing for the deck and a 4oz for the bottom - rails double flapped, for more strangth.

Will happen in early september - off to finland tomorrow!

FUN SHAPE called MOBY DICK

6'7'' x 21'' x 2 2/3'' - full boxy rails, full nose.
Took a fishy nose and but it with a big dimentioned shortboard tail templte together. Full boxy rails, good volium all over, low entery rocker, with a peak (less nose catch) smooth outlines. A bit a V through the bottom (so the board dosen't catch to high in the wave - and is more stable for beginers) - double barrel concave in the fins area and flat release for some drive out the tail, to get it going!

GET SOME ART ON

Get some art work on the blanks!!
6'3'' got cut down to a 6'2'' x 18 1/2'' x 2 1/3''

X-3 Diamondtail Quad

3rd Generation.
6'0' x 18 1/2'' x 2 1/3''

RAIL:
thin but still box rails, hard edge in the tail

DECK:
smooth crown deck

ROCKER:
relaxed entry, kick in the tail for surfing the pocket, works good with the diamond tail, nice and loose - fast and drivey with the fins - yet loose on the tail. Good to variate with different fins for different feelings and grips.

BOTTOM:
slight single into double - spiney v in tail - flat out the tail, for release!
